Faith-rooted health coaching

Verdano exists to help you cultivate the biological, mental, and spiritual resilience needed to flourish in every season of life — grounded in identity, and a philosophy of stewardship.

PURPOSE & IDENTITY HABITS & OUTCOMES

The framework

The 10 Pillars of Health

A whole-person framework built from years of research and personal experience — because health that ignores any one of these eventually breaks down.

1. Sleep & Sunlight

Morning light and consistent rest set your body's entire clock.

2. Exercise

Movement as discipline and stewardship, not vanity.

3. Nervous System

Regulating your stress response is foundational to healing.

4. Nutrients

Honest, whole-food eating as stewardship, not self-indulgence.

5. Immune System

Train and support your defenses, rather than chase a "boost."

6. Gut & Oral Microbiome

The gut-brain connection shapes immunity, mood, and clarity.

7. Environment

Awareness of your surroundings, without paranoia, protects health.

8. Relationships

Community isn't optional — we're wired for connection.

9. Mental & Emotional Health

Processing pain with courage, not avoiding it, builds resilience.

10. Purpose & Mission

Health is for something — glorifying God and serving others.

The Verdano philosophy

Lasting change is a matter of identity, not willpower.

We reject the notion that transformation is achieved through chasing numbers on a scale or short-term goals. Weight, lab values, and fitness are not the purpose of health — they are often the byproducts of faithfully stewarding the body over time.

Every small decision is a vote for the kind of person we are becoming. For the Christian, identity is not manufactured through self-improvement — it is received in the context of revealed truth. We seek strength not as an end in itself, but as a tool to better love our families, serve our communities, and glorify the One who gave us life.

Purpose → Identity → Habits → Outcomes.

From the founder

Founded by a personal story of losing health, and finding hope in the midst of suffering.

Verdano's pillars weren't written in a classroom. They were forged through a debilitating illness that stripped away my career trajectory, a six-year relationship, and every identity marker I'd built my life on.

"Suffering has a way of becoming a beautiful gift. I was forced to face meaning and purpose outside of temporal, material things."
